What Our Participants Say ...
Carolyn and Rosa were gracious and kind yet gave strong important feedback. I now firmly believe I can actually do this and get better at it for clients. I have the foundations for growth in this space. I also walked away with an action-able thing to remind me of my confidence when coaching. My message to anyone thinking about the Coach Mentorship Program would be to “Do it”. Both coaches were a perfect balance and while my feedback was generally consistent, I had different perspectives, making all feedback more complete.
I loved the passion and genuine care of Rosa and Carolyn. Both of you are widely gifted and incredibly intuitive. I always left sessions with what I needed (and never knew I needed). My biggest personal takeaway is that there's room to play in coaching, that there's room to determine for myself what a strong coaching session looks like/sounds like/feels like. My advice to others pondering the Coach Mentorship Group? You will be challenged, you will play, you will grow - and you'll be supported along the entire journey!
I loved growing as a coach and meeting other awesome coaches within the Coach Mentorship Group! The collective, friendly atmosphere made learning, coaching, & receiving feedback less intimidating. I appreciated having not one, but two mentor coaches for ideas & perspective! My takeaway is that a PCC credential is within reach. A message I’d like to give others who are pondering attending: You have nothing to fear--Rosa & Carolyn are here!
