Rosa Edinga

MCC, MBA, CEC

Mentor Coach

In addition to being a mom, partner, daughter and soul tribe member, for more than a decade, Rosa has supported leaders to grow with clarity, courage, and intention, while helping coaches deepen their practice through mentor coaching, supervision, and coach education.

Rosa holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Executive Coach, ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) holder, Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (Levels 1 & 2), and an ICF-trained assessor at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.

Rosa is the Co-Designer and Co-Facilitator of the coach mentorship and supervision programs.  She is also the creator of ROOTED, a nervous system-informed, trauma-aware program designed to help coaches better understand the role of safety in coaching conversations. Her programs are grounded in reflective practice and designed to bridge evidence-informed approaches with the realities of everyday coaching.

Through her work, Rosa is helping expand the conversation around what creates meaningful change in coaching. She is particularly interested in making neuroscience, psychological safety, and reflective practice practical and accessible, giving coaches approaches they can confidently apply in real conversations rather than simply understand in theory.

She serves as Associate Faculty for the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program and was chosen to present at the 2025 ICF Converge conference in San Diego.

What Our Participants Say ...

Carolyn and Rosa were gracious and kind yet gave strong important feedback. I now firmly believe I can actually do this and get better at it for clients. I have the foundations for growth in this space. I also walked away with an action-able thing to remind me of my confidence when coaching.  My message to anyone thinking about the Coach Mentorship Program would be to “Do it”. Both coaches were a perfect balance and while my feedback was generally consistent, I had different perspectives, making all feedback more complete.

Gina Barrios  - Cohort Participant

I loved the passion and genuine care of Rosa and Carolyn. Both of you are widely gifted and incredibly intuitive. I always left sessions with what I needed (and never knew I needed). My biggest personal takeaway is that there's room to play in coaching, that there's room to determine for myself what a strong coaching session looks like/sounds like/feels like. My advice to others pondering the Coach Mentorship Group? You will be challenged, you will play, you will grow - and you'll be supported along the entire journey!

Nikki B. - Cohort Participant

I loved growing as a coach and meeting other awesome coaches within the Coach Mentorship Group! The collective, friendly atmosphere made learning, coaching, & receiving feedback less intimidating. I appreciated having not one, but two mentor coaches for ideas & perspective!  My takeaway is that a PCC credential is within reach. A message I’d like to give others who are pondering attending: You have nothing to fear--Rosa & Carolyn are here!
